in the side和on the side的区别是什么？
一个是在一碰老边，一个是从一边。
on 是（某物体的内或外）表面，in 是指（某物体的）内部
on the side 的用法较多，但也不能忽略了 in the side 的说法，
如：
paintings on the sides of wall/cave （注意 cave 只能是内表面举颂，side 仍用复数）
a puncture in the side of tire/tyre （注意 side 不用复数）
