So we have to face more and more floods and droughts . It's time that we must do something useful to protect our environment. We can plant trees and take good care of them. We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We can't throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling. If we take good care of our earth today,it will be more beautiful tomorrow.

Today our teacher gave us a lesson about the topic, which is "To build a civilized city." Since we are now making efforts to build our beautiful hometown, we must do something to keep it clean and tidy. First, no littering on the street. We attended a group to pick up litters in our neighborhood.
Second, as the increasing of vehicles , it is a must to solve the parking issue. We must ask our parents to park inside the required area.
Third, keep pets calm and quiet, not bothering neighbors.
Forth, create good interpersonal communications among people
Fifth, be polite to people , keep modest and humble when meeting elderly. Help people when they need assistance.

　　In order to build a civilized city, we students should try our best to behave well in the activities.

　　It's a good habit to keep our clothes clean and tidy. Our city should be kept clean every day. Don't throw litter or spit about. It's good manners to say "Thank you" and "Please" and so on. We should never say dirty words. Be friendly to others and always ready to help the people in need. For example, when we are on a bus, we should give our seats to the old and the women with babies. We should also obey traffic rules. When the traffic lights are red, we should stop. And we'd better not talk or laugh loudly in public.
