Here are some suggestions to help you stay away from A\H1N1 .You know there is no denying the fact that H1N1 has become a utmost concern among people nowadays.Becuse of the virus breaks out all over the world so that people feel scared .
Here are some suggestion ,which maybe some help.To start with you should cover your mouth with a napkin whtn you cough re sneeze.What is more ,you'd better stay home away from the public place if possible, if you have to,please wear a mask.And check the bodies on time .If you feel not very well you'd better see doctor immediately.
Only in doing so ,I firmly believe ,the virus has far away from your bodies.
