I like lots of sports, playing badminton is my favorite!
First playing badminton does a lot of good to my health. It can make me strong, prevent me from getting too fat, and keep me fit. Especially badminton can be of great value to people who work with their brains most of the day, for it gives people valuable practice in exercising the body.
I often play it with my friends at weekends. In this game, to win more goals, everyone needs to work together with others. Therefore I think it’s a team work. Besides I can also make many new friends. My favorite badminton player is Lin Dan. He is very handsome and plays badminton very well.
What’s more, it makes my life richer and more colorful. If we do not have a strong body, we will find it hard to do whatever we want. A healthy citizenry makes for a strong country. Let us all take part in sports and games.
