tomcat之前能启动后来不能启动

tomcat之前可以启动并且可以正常使用，但是现在就不行了，根本启动不了，连tomcat界面都登不上，以下是在MyEclipse中启动后发布时的部分报错信息，希望大神们能帮忙解决一下，看了很多相关问题没有一个是和我一样的，好苦恼啊！
