12 A frame in the shape of an equilateral triangle encloses three circular discs of radius length 5 cm so that the discs touch each other. Find
a） the perimeter of the smallest frame which can enclose the discs
b） the area enclosed between the discs.

就是说一个等边三角形框框里塞了三个半径为5cm的圈圈正好塞满，求
a 三角形框框的周长
b 三角形框框减去三个圈圈的面积
