如题如何关闭win7下的Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program？我的office 都安装不起！

很多Windows 7用户大概都遇到过这样的情况：当通过自动更新或者使用msi安装包安装程序时，资源管理器和msiexec.exe莫名其妙就崩溃了。这确实是个不小的问题，很多人都不得不因此格盘了重装了，不过依然没有解决。

通过探索发现，问题来自于Customer Experience Improvement Program（用户体验改善计划）中的一个名为SQM客户端的组件。找到了源头自然就有解决方法了。

1.删除HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions下的所有键值（String Value，Default除外）
2.运行gpedit.msc
3.定位到Computer Configuration-Administrative Templates-System-Internet Communication Management-Internet Communication settings
4.在右边的详细信息面板中双击关闭Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program，然后点击启用

不过，这只是通过关闭Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program来实现的暂时性措施，在微软发布补丁前，谁也无法保证问题不会再次出现。

Rafael has discovered that the fault lies with the SQM Client which is part of the Customer Experience Improvement Program. It seems that ANY process that calls WinSqmStartSession in ntdll.dll will start crashing when MachineThrottling is enabled in the registry, which seems to happen as a result of CEIP running.
