  what should we do to keep healthy? First, we should have more healthy food. We should eat 
more vegetables and less meat. We had better not have the fast food such as the potato chips, hamburgers and so on. Second, we should have good eating habits. For example, we had better wash our hands 
before meals so that the germs can’t get into our bodies through the mouths. Third, we must do more 
sports to keep fit. We can play football, basketball, table tennis and so on. Finally, we should go to bed
 early. Getting enough sleep is necessary for our health. We must try our best to have healthy bodies. Just
remember, good health is more important than wealth.
