We are very sorry for the problem of chromatism.
We did inspect every batch before shipping, but sorry that we didnot get this problem.

We already checked all the inventory boxes, overall speaking the color allign with Pantone but Model T3. Our Orange Color is spot-color printing and it should not have such color difference if all process are right. It may caused by lightly different ink adjustment with different batch.

Please also help to check your inventory with OGK and make sure if it allign with our findings, which means all others are OK but T3 is offset a lot.
If your side agreed with our finding, can you accept with wavier? we would like to replensh according to agreed number and pay the claim for the loss.

I will ship out upper/lower limit color samples to your side today. Please confirm if the range is accepted. This will greatly help both of us in the future cooperation.

We are pretty sorry for this accident. We will strictly follow the inspection standard and guantee the quality for any further production and shipment.

We sincerely appologise for the problem.We inspected every products of ours yet it is a shame that we missed this one.Today we went to the factory to check our stock.S's boxes are basically fine but the colour difference of T3 is the largest.Our orange colour are using spot color printing and normally it will not have such magnitude of colour difference.The possible reason of the situation night be the not-so-well adjusted ink during the process of batch printing.
Thus,please check the stock with OGK to see wether you have the same problem(which T3 has the biggest difference in colour).If so,please do not reject all the goods.We are willing to replensish with the feasible ones and bearing all your loss.Today I will provide you the sample of the max. and min. value of the colour we confirmed to help you confirm the accurate range of colour.We are really sorry for the accident.

We will be more harsh to the product during producing and distributing process from now on to ensure the quality of the box.
