我在网上得到了如下的一个jquery源码，然后把它保存成了.js文件，也在html里用了 <script src="js/tooltip.js"></script>把它添加了进来，不过接下来我如何在网页的某一个部分，比如某一个标题那里加入这个jquery的功能来实现呢？

will also style tooltips accordingly.</p>
<p>Tooltips are also useful for form elements, to show some additional information in the context of each field.</p>

<p>Hover the field to see the tooltip.</p>

先通过JQuery获取那个元素，现在已认为你已经添加JQuery，然后在这个对象上调用这个插件的方法，举个例子：
