This past weekend, my parents and I took me for a tour in Harbin. Harbin is a very amazing city with tons of attractions. We visited Central Avenue, tasted Mordern Ice cream and paid a visit to the St. Sophia Cathedral in person.
It is worth mentioning that the Mordern Ice cream is the best dessert I have ever had. It is sweet , but not greasy and melt immediately after one bite. I have heard such dessert was originated from Qing dynasty. people have been making it following the traditional procedure for hundreds of years.
Two-day weekend pasts really fast. How much I wish to visit Harbin again!
