自20世纪90年代以来,我国水泥混凝土道路以前所未有的速度快速发展。目前,我国混凝土道路在建规模超出 25000KM,中国已成为当今世界上拥有水泥混土道路里程最多的国家之一。水泥混凝土道路具有强度高,稳定性好,使用寿命长等特点,要保证水泥混凝土道路具有良好的使用性能,不仅要精心设计,还要精心施工,稍有偏差,将给整个工程埋下质量隐患。
混凝土道路具有抗压、抗弯、抗磨损、高稳定性等诸多优势,是一种刚度大、扩散荷载能力强、稳定性好的道路结构。针对水泥混凝土道路高速发展的现状,我国对混凝土道路的施工工艺也逐步有所重视。施工工艺控制不好就会经常发生较为普遍的质量问题,这些问题对工程的使用品质与寿命将产生不同程度的影响,甚至严重的后果。因此其危害性更大,更应予以重视。所以必须采取措施,严把混凝土道路施工工艺关,这也是保证工程质量的关键。本文就混凝土道路施工工艺总结了施工中应注意的问题,并提出了解决问题的方法和措施,与广大工程技术人员共同 展开
