英语如今已经成为一门国际性语言,尤其是在信息高速公路上已经确立了其不可替代的地位,我们应该紧跟形势,努力掌握它,使之为我所用。但是青少年花了大量时间学习英语，却不能流利地掌握英语。主要原因是英语学习方法不正确导致不能灵活运用。那么,如何才能真正掌握英语呢?我认为要注重“说”的实践,从“说”开始。为什么这样讲,是因为我们中国人在学习英语时最难克服的困难是不愿开口说。我们往往把英语仅仅当做一门知识在学，从小学到大，到最后，英语知识倒是具备了不少，但是说不出来，到头来是哑巴英语。我结合自己多年学习英语的经历,我感觉到,开口说英语是学习英语的第一步。因此我总结了以下几各方面，来解决如何开口说英语。

English has now become an international language nowadays, especially on the Information High Way, it has stand its irreplaceable place. We should follow the time, try to grasp it and make it our own. Youth spend plenty of time on studing English, however they are not able to master it smoothly. The main reason of this is the wrong method of learning. Then, how to grasp English indeed? I think more attention should be paid to the prcatice of "speaking" and begin with "speaking". Why do I say so? Because the difficulty which is the hardest to conquer is unwilling to speak. We always treat English only as a subject to study on, from child to youth,at last we grasp enough knowledge however can not communicate and the knowledge becomes mute English. Combining years of English study of mine, I find that the first stept of English study is to open your mouth and speak. So I sum up as follows to settle this problem.
