在众多的蔬菜中,我最喜欢的要属青瓜了。
青瓜形状各异。有的直直的,像一根木棍;有的末尾有点弯,就像一条调皮的尾巴;有的弯弯的,像晚上出来“值班”的月牙儿。青瓜嫩的时候是青绿色的,全身长满了嫩嫩的刺,简直像根狼牙棒,还披着一层薄薄的白纱,也称“霜”,可以凭此来辨别是否新鲜。一段时间后绿中带黄的“皱纹”爬上了它的额头,最后变得全身黄色,就说明青瓜“老”了,有“人老珠黄”之感,所以有人也称它为“黄瓜”。
青瓜清爽可口,放进嘴里一咬,啊!那股脆劲儿别提有多舒服了!青瓜的吃法有很多种:生吃、炒、凉拌……其中,我最喜欢凉拌青瓜了:先把青瓜削了皮,切成丝,然后,倒点热开水进去浸青瓜丝。接着,把碗里的水倒少许出来,再把白醋倒一点进去,(不要倒太多了哦!要不然酸死你!)最后,放五六勺白糖搅拌均匀,这样,凉拌青瓜就做成了。自从爸爸妈妈知道我喜欢吃青瓜后,便每隔一天就给我买两根青瓜,还要我自己做!吃着自己亲手炮制的凉拌青瓜,我心里美滋滋的,因为,我学会了独立!
青瓜不但可以吃,还可以美容呢!把青瓜切成一片片敷在脸上,不但可以消除脸上的皱纹,还可以淡化脸上的斑点。想不到青瓜的功用还真不少! This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.
How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.
Today i went to the museum.I met some robots. I think I am also be able to have a robot in many years.I think they can help me do some dishes .They also can help with my homework.A good robot can make me happy.When i am upset ,they can tell jokes for me.I will have more free time to have a relax.
Today i took the bus to the park. Some people were waiting for the bus at the bus stop.When a young girl came,she spat a gum on the ground While she was waiting,she herself stepped on the gum.The gum stuck to one of her foot.When the bus came , she got on the bus. Then she discovered the gum stuck her foot all the time.

Vegetables are very important to our health. Vegetables have many useful substances which we cannot get from other kinds of food. They have plenty of vitamins, minerals and other substances. Eating vegetables can improve our health and even prevent diseases. For example, carrots and beans provide vitamin A. It is good for our skin and eyes. Green pepper has vitamin C. It can protect our body against flu. Therefore, we must eat a lot of vegetables each day to be healthy.
