英文面试中常见的问题和我的答案(1)

     最近公司变动挺大的，虽然没有如愿被炒掉赔款，但是除了自己工程师的本职需要做，还暂时接手一些跟单的工作（据说是跟到六月底）,自己觉得学习的，但是刚接手不是太熟悉，所以速度比较慢，本职工作也开始进入旺季，工作量很大，老是加班，人累心也累，所以觉得也应该到外部找找机会，面试了也收到两个offer，不过公司这边也在留我，正在考虑那个条件更适合自己的实际情况。面试现在除了中文面试，一般还包括英文面试，整理一下最近英文面试遇到常问的问题和自己的一些答案供朋友们以后面试可以参考。

1. "Tell me about yourself/could you tell me something about yourself./Walk me through your resume/CV in 2 minutes.请用两分钟介绍一下你自己。

Good morning, my name is Lin YanFeng, your also can call me Phenix Lin, It is really a great honor to have this opportunity for an interview,I hope i can make a good performance today.Now I will introduce myself briefly,After graduated from Panyu Polytechnic in major toy design and manufacturing in 2007, I have worked more than 11 years experience for testing and inspection certification industry in two 3rd party of Intertek & UL,1 Toy factory Jetta . Based the knowledge in school and my experience from the jobs, there is no question whether I will be efficient on the job. I can bring the best practices to the company.”. And I am someone who can  adapt to  any situation. I thrive in a  fluctuating  environment and I transform unexpected  obstacles  into stepping stones for  achievements .”

My reading and writing English is excellent, but my job in the past years didn't  require spoken English skills that much, my spoken English is just so so. But if the new job need it, i believe I can grasp it well. In my opinion, people improve in the process of work, they also learn from the job. So I am totally confident that I can do this job very well. I will try my best to take the responsibility and do everything as good as I can. Please trust my loyalty and effort, you won't be let down.Thank you very much for interviewing me today.

2.Why do you want this job?/ why do you interested in this position?你为什么对这份工作/职位感兴趣？

I understand that this is a company on the rise. As I’ve read on your website and in various press releases, I want be a part of this company as it grows, and I know my experiences in testing and inspection certification would help the company as well.

3.Why should we hire you?我们为什么要雇佣你？

You should hire me because i am a hard working, dedicated person who is interested in your work (project).

4.What goals have you set and how did you meet them？你确定过什么目标,你又是怎样达到那些目标的？

I now wish to enter an company where  the  work requires greater individual responsibility and  judgement,  and where there is more opportunity for advancement.

5. What do you do  best?/"What are your strengths?"

In my last performance evaluation,my supervisor said he was thankful that i was detail-oriented and dedicated, and considered these qualities strengths.

6.What are some of you weaknesses?

I am pretty optimistic and this has helped me get along with my colleagues. However, my optimism once caused me to overlook a potential problem that turned into an actual problem.As a consequence of this , I learned that while i  should keep a positive outlook, i should always have a contingency plan.
