The establishment of CAFTA in Guangxi's economic development has brought enormous impetus, with the help of co-operation between China and ASEAN can better develop its retailing business. In this paper, we base on theory of competitive advantage, combine with the background of the development of CAFTA and Guangxi retail status, analysis the advantages of retail development in Guangxi and put forward recommendations on the development strategies of Guangxi retailing industry .
