“一个主体”，即学生是教育的主体，也是活动的主体。主体意识的确立，就是要让学生积极参与学校组织开展的各项文化活动，使他们在参与中自我教育、自我管理、自我发展。几年来，我们学校将一切学生可以实践的机会都提供给了学生：每周一次的升国旗仪式，从主持人到国旗下讲话，都由学生来担任，为了在全校师生面前展现出最佳的自我，每一位参加升旗仪式的同学都精心准备，其精彩程度往往超过了老师的预期水准；红领巾广播站，每天定时将优美的音乐、校园新闻、诗歌故事送到师生面前，在师生放松身心的同时，一批又一批的优秀小主持人诞生了，我经常感慨孩子们的潜力，真的可以挑战专业水平的播音员；还有管理着学校的一个个小检查员们，他们严谨、负责的工作态度使我毫不怀疑将来他们踏上社会后的出路。等等。在我们学校，学校就是孩子们成长的乐园，学校就是孩子们展现自我的舞台。
三、让艺术之葩开遍校园

校园文化在建设形式上可以说是多种多样，蕴藏的教育内涵也十分丰富。但总的说，是以“美”的感觉表现出来的，美的形象、美的事物，美的情感、美的理想，这一切往往令人感动和陶醉。柏拉图在《理想国》中曾设想：“找一些艺人巨匠，用其大才美德，开辟一条道路，使我们的青年人由此而进，如入健康之乡，眼睛所看到的，耳朵所听到的，艺术作品随处都是：使他们如沐春风，如沾春雨，潜移默化，不知不觉间受到熏陶，从童年就和优美、理智融合为一。”这是柏拉图的理想境界，可以说，也是我们在创设校园文化建设中所期望达到的目标。我们要让学生望校园而观美，入校园而悦美，想校园而品美，在获得美的享受的同时，加深对美好事物的向往与热爱。

四、让和谐永驻校园

创造和谐的人际关系，优化人际环境是校园文化建设的重要内容。人际关系被称为人世间最复杂的关系，学校也不例外。但是在我们学校，和谐的人际关系却是学校精神文化的主流，是我们全体师生既引以为荣，又产生无穷动力的源泉。从横向看，学校的领导班子团结、精干，教师群体友爱、互助，学生集体爱校如家；从纵向看，领导和教师之间是尊重、理解、和支持，教师和学生之间的关系也是亲密和互动的。我们特别注重和谐师生关系的建立，师生间只有建立起融洽和谐的关系，才能取得最佳教育效果，“亲其师”才会“信其道”。反之，如果师生关系紧张，甚至对立，教师就很难对学生施加影响。
