第一个选D，not only…but also在句子中出现时，谓语动词的单复数形式遵循就近原则，也就是看离but also近的那个主语名词是单数还是复数，这里的his brother是单数，故应选择has…，排除AB两项，至于been和gone，无疑选后者，故答案为D。

第二题选A，该题涉及到的考点是动词不定式表目的，to help意思为in order to help，为了帮助…，其他三种形式都不能表示目的。

1，选D，这个not only句式的主语是后面的那个词。然后这句话的理解应该是他们去了各什么地方。。选go比较好
2，A应该是表示目的，使用动词不定式
