1.A选项至少应该是insist it on
2.选D would rather do sth 关键是后面 have SB do sth 假设这话是"你想让小明和你去" 就是 you would rather have 小明 go with you 疑问句同理
3. 我感觉选B 反义疑问根据 助动词 情态动词变
