求助一道英语语法题

Not until yesterday________anything about the project that will be completed soon。 A。did i learn B。have i learn 答案选B，但我不明白为什么不用A？帮我解释一些，谢谢

很显然要用晚场时态，看的时候有两个特点：
1.until
一般出现until就要开始考虑用完成时态了
2.be
completed
soon
这个project还没结束，所以我not
learning
anything的状态很可能一直持续，所以不可能用过去时态的

until...从过去某个时间到现在某个时间，显然要考虑用完成时，表示过去对现在的影响，说话人的表达重点在现在。
过去时仅仅单纯描述过去的事情，没有过去对现在的影响的感觉，无法凸显说话者要强调的后半句。
