政府用税收来赡养老人。但随着人口老龄化的问题日益严重。这项政策很难得到实施。
The government has to take responsibilities for the old people's care by financing them with its tax revenue.
But with the increasingly rise of aging problems nowadays, this solution seems not to work very well.
