However, it is important to note that in both cases increasing the stock price through increased advertising does not conflict with the existing acquiring firm’s shareholders’ interests.

所以，就是说发行部分的量越大，公司获取的经理利益越多，所以管理层会试图提高股价。

如果管理层的股本占有量大，提高股价他们个人的收益也就大，所以他们也会尝试提高股价。
这种提高股价的行为不会对现有股东产生不利影响。
