这段代码，为什么最后访问 Controller的Url 是 localhost:8080/app/user/login.html
而不是 localhost:8080/app/login.html

web。xml 是
<context:component-scan base-package="com.xx.controller"/>
<context:component-scan base-package="com.xx.dao"/>

你返回的是页面么？是不是在
<bean class="org.springframework.web.servlet.view.InternalResourceViewResolver" p:prefix="/app/user/" p:suffix=".html"/>
这个配置里配好了路径？
