occasion定语从句可以用where，也可以用when。

1. 分析单词：

occasion， /əˈkeɪʒ(ə)n/ ；

n. （某事发生的）时刻，时候；<正式>时机，适当的机会；特殊（或重大）场合，特殊（或重大）事件；<正式>理由，原因；

v. <正式> 引起，惹起。

2. 常见短语：

on occasion， 间或；有时；不时地；必要时；

the grand occasion ，盛世乱世；

on the occasion， 在这种时候届时；

on the occasion of ，其时；请允许我借……的机会；

daily occasion，日常场合；日常场所；

3. 分情况讨论：

1.）当occasion表示“时刻，时候；<正式>时机，适当的机会”，在定语从句里面作时间状语的时候，关系副词选择when。

例句：
