Hi, I'm Li Hua. I think good habits are very important. I have lots of good habits.

And now, I want to introduce some of them to you to help you keep healthy.

At first, go to bed and get up early, don't be late for class. Second, it's important to do exercise everyday, it can make you fit. What's more, avoid junk food, why not have some healthy food such as vegetables, eggs, milk etc. One thing important, TV programs is addictive and it's harmful to your eyesight and study alike, so just reduce the time of watching TV.

That's the tips I can offer to you. If you can observe it you must be a good kid.
