正文:

When we are in a bad mood, whatever we do, it seems that we can't afford to be spiritual.

当我们心情不好的时候,无论去干什么,似乎都提不起精神来。

I feel dizzy and headache when I get up early this morning. I don't know what's going on. Is it related to staying up late yesterday? Yesterday, I planned to go to bed at 10 o'clock, but at 11 o'clock, I suddenly received a message from the school teacher, asking me to do a task.

今天一大早起来就有点头晕头疼,也不知道是怎么回事,是不是与昨天熬夜有关?昨天本来都打算十点就上床睡觉了,可是在11点的时候却突然收到学校老师的消息,让我去做一个任务。

我知道在这样一段时间里,老师们在学校里工作都很忙,他们似乎根本就没有假期,他们早就已经奋战在抗疫战争的一线。所以能够帮助到老师的时候,我们就能够贡献力量。可是昨天却在将近凌晨的时候,收到了老师的消息又不能不回。所以等那个任务完成了之后就已经快要12点了。

In fact, since the winter vacation, I haven't stayed up for the night. I didn't go to bed at more than 11 o'clock, so I felt a little dizzy after I woke up from sleep yesterday, and then I didn't feel very comfortable this day.

其实自从放了寒假以来,我基本上就没有怎么熬过夜,基本上就没有超过11点睡觉的时候,所以昨天一觉睡完醒来之后头就有点晕晕的,然后这一天都感觉不是很舒服。

I think work and rest may indeed have a regular performance in our bodies. When we begin to violate this rule, there may be something different reflected, or with the growth of age, our bodies gradually appear similar to age.

我想作息也许确实在我们身体里有一个规律的表现。当我们开始违背了这个规律之后,可能就会有一点不一样的东西体现出来了,又或者是随着年龄的增长,我们的身体也渐渐的跟年龄出现了差不多的相似性。

Anyway, I just know that staying up late is not good at all. Even if I take two steps, my heart will beat faster. It's too difficult. We must have a good rest and keep healthy. Besides, we should also strengthen exercise. In fact, it is very important.

反正我只是知道熬夜是一点都没有好处的,就算是走两步都会心跳加速,太难了。一定要好好休息,保持身体健康,除此之外也要加强锻炼,其实都是很重要的。

I think so because if we have a unhealthy body, you'll feel very unhappy and don't want to do anything.So we must make our bodies healthier and healthier.I have some ideas for you.
