In this paper, polyelectrolyte - sodium polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) modified carbon nanotubes (CNT) on and after the Cu deposition to the modification of carbon nanotubes on the composite nano-materials are PSS-Cu/CNT. Add drops of the composite glassy carbon electrode, modified electrode was functional. The modified electrode trace of glucose (Glucose) in the electro-oxidation has a significant catalytic effect, can be used for assembly of non-enzymatic glucose biosensors, and used for glucose testing. The results also show that this modified electrode potentials in the detection of ascorbic acid (AA) to respond to very small, the electrode in physiological conditions of glucose testing have a good anti-jamming capability

This thesis will polyelectrolytes - polystyrene sulfonic acid sodium (PSS) modified in carbon nanotubes (CNT), and the modified to Cu deposits of carbon nanotubes, Cu/get PSS - CNT nanomaterials. Will this composite add to the glassy carbon electrode, functional resorcinarene electrode. The modified electrodes to trace Glucose (Glucose) of electricity has obvious effect of catalytic oxidation and can be used without enzyme Glucose biosensor assembly and testing for Glucose. Experimental results show that the modified electrodes in detecting voltage against the bad blood acid (AA), small in response to the condition of physiological glucose testing has very good anti-disturbance ability.
