六、合同说明
1 乙方必须按甲方要求进行供货。
2乙方有义务对甲方的企业资料和图片进行保密，不得挪为他用。
3甲乙双方在供货期间未能按计划进行，致使某一方造成经济损失，影响计划完成的经双方协商后解决。
4 如因不可抗力致使违约，经甲方所在地法院查实证明可免除违约方责任。
七、甲乙双方如有争议双方协商不能解决的，甲乙双方任何一方均可向当地仲裁机构申请仲裁；仍不能解决的，可以向当地法院起诉解决。
八、合同生效
1、本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各保留一份，均具有同等法律效力。甲乙双方签字盖章（传真件有效），以双方最后签字日期为生效日。
2、本合同如有未尽事宜双方可另行协商，增补若干细节和补充条款与本合同具有同等法律效力。
