windows下默认安装xampp无法正常启动Apache？求正解

端口未被占用

系统的IIS服务未启动

你的一个程序与这一个程序有冲突。你可以把你的IIS给关了。

用Wamp5吧，xampp好像不兼容，开始装的xampp不能用，后来才又换的Wamp5，这个用起来相对还简单点
