4.请谈谈你对本医院的第一印象？
首先我觉得这家医院环境很好，很安静。地方虽然不大，但是显得很整齐，给人一种很温馨的感觉。这里有很多外国人，应该是面向外国朋友的医院。

5.看过你的简历，你没有工作经验，你觉得你可以胜任这个工作吗？
我在大学的学习过程中，对专业技术也有过硬的掌握。对于网络方面的知识不仅是课业的要求，也是我的兴趣。如果可以得到这份工作我相信我能够胜任。

2. How can you let the local area computer network be more secured?
The security of computer network requires a efficient and stable server at the first hand. It's very important to make a correct decision and perform necessary maintenance. The second thing is the firewall. Due to the mass data which are sharing by the server, it's critical to have a clear environment for the security of the data. In order to achieve this, the usage of private data at end user side should be avoided. Sometimes the virus are imported by some unknown data stream. Last but not least, the backup and restore of the system are compulsory. Back up of the system regularly can make the system back to normal in the shortest time after a system crash.

3.If you are required to work on saturday or sunday, do you mind? or do you need compmay to pay you for overtime?
I'm quite ok with doing overtime eventhough it takes my whole day's time. But from my point of view, the work comes first. For the overtime pay, i won't ask for it if i didn't finish the work which i suppose to finish on time. On the other hand, if it's requested by the hospital, i hope that i can get the pay according to hospital's policies.

4.Can you talk about what's your first image of our hospital?
Firstly, this is a very quite and nice enviornment, not big, but well-arranged. It brings us a very warm feeling. I saw many foreigners here, it should be a hospital for foreigners.

5. As per written in your resume, you don't have working experience, do you think you are able to take the challenge?
In my university life, i've been studying hard, and well handed all the technical skills. The knowledge on computer network not only my major, but also my hobby. I think i can fulfill the requirements of this position.

6. Does your family mind you to travel frequently? Who are your family members?
I'm grown up, my parents also healthy now. I don't foresee any negative factors which may affect my job. There are 4 members in my family: Dad, Mom, Me and my grandfather who's 78 years old now.
