这道题的正确答案给的是D，我不明白的是be going to 后面怎么可以跟动词的ing形式呢？

第一题：只能说这是中英文之间的区别，be就是“有”的意思。这关系着句子结构，在这里必须用be作为系动词。There be 结构
第二题：free是形容词，形容词前是要加be的，be going to 代表将来时，后面跟动词原形，所以是be。will也一样，后面也要跟动词原形。
第三题：next birthday代表将来，我认为这道题没有答案，应该是be going to give.
