you will usually find 主句， that your technique 宾语从句，
that players use 定语从句修饰 your technique,
when 至结尾是 your technique ... 的状语从句，
状语从句中 they habitually run further in training 是主句 than they will have to on the day of the big race.是比较状语从句。
