教育叙事研究是研究者以叙事、讲故事的方式表达对教育的认识和理解。它表面上以叙事为主,但实际上它是教师在对自己的经验进行全面深刻反思的基础上写的。本文作者系一名实习教师,通过见习、实习过程中发生的典型事例、故事,结合新教师的分析、反思,整理成教学日志,以此来记录一名新教师的成长经历。其中,叙事研究内容包括对学生的教育事件、实习教师的“遭遇”及处理问题方法的叙述,以及新教师运用自己的知识技能解决问题、反思问题,最终获得教育教学方法、成长经验、心理成熟的过程。
