b、电泳槽及后冲洗槽体的一端底部均设凹型沟,便于排污及清洗。
c、电泳主副槽底部均安装有循环搅拌管及文丘里喷头,提高电泳漆内循环能力,保证电泳槽每小时循环次数不小于4次,底部流速为0.4m/s,表面流速为0.2m/s。
d、电泳槽侧墙及底部有绝缘的固定阳极管和喷管的装置。
e、电泳槽有良好的接地。
f、所有后冲洗槽均是主副槽结构,都设有循环搅拌装置,后冲洗槽不容许泡沫外溢。

3、喷淋装置

由阳极、阳极液储槽、泵及输液管路和仪表组成。阳极结构采用管式阳极,面积比为阳极:阴极=(6—4):1。阳极系统装有流量计,阳极液通过泵循环,控制阳极液的电导率。当阳极液电导率起过工艺值时,纯水将自动打开纯水阀门,进入阳极液储槽。泵及阳极液储槽的材料采用SUS(或PVC)材质,输液管路采用选用SUS(或PVC),电极采用SUS。
b、超滤系统
由卷式超滤器、超滤器循环泵(采用耐蚀泵)备用1台泵、超滤液储槽、超滤液清洗槽及泵、超滤液输液泵、管路压力表、流量计、袋式过滤器等组成。超滤器透水能力1.0t/h(仅清洗时)。
c、加料系统
采用单组份搅拌系统。该系统由搅拌罐(不锈钢)、电机、摆线针轮减速器、搅拌泵、过滤器、输液泵等组成。
d、整流器
