there is always是个固定句式吗？怎么解释，怎么用呢？
there is always the distortion of image on the right side of this picture. 可以直接加名词？

there be……句型是个固定句型，是“那儿有……”的意思
always是个副词，是加上去的，不算固定搭配
there is alway...意思是“那儿总是有……”
比如：There is always a beggar in front of the shop.
那个商店前面总是有一个乞丐。

不是可以加名词，而是只能加名词
there be句型是倒装句
正常语序是sth be there
可见，there be后面加的是主语，主语一般都是名词来担任的
