1. Beneficiary's draft for 95% provisional invoice value will be paid against these following documents which must be presented within 21 days after B/L but within the validity of the ctrdit.
2.for balance covering final invoice amount minus first drawing amount will be paid against following documents which must be presented later than 21 days B/L but within validity of this credit.
3.documents for 95% provisional payment must be presented within 21 days after the B/L,documents for balance of cargo vargo value to be presented later than 21 days after the B/Lbut within the validity of this credit.

1. 受益人的汇票开出发票价值的95%暂付款将以下列单据为准支付，单据必须在提单日期后21日内，且在信用证有效期之内提交。
2. 最终的发票金额扣减去第一次提款额的余额将依下列单据为准支付，单据必须在提单日期21日之后，并且在信用证有效期之内提交。
3. 用于95%暂付款的单据必须在提单日期之后21日内提交，用于支付货物价值的余额单据必须在提单日期21日之后，并且在信用证的有效期之内提交。
