It is a complicated yet delicate process which reflects the bilateral functions of teaching and learning. This paper aims at exploring how English teachers can arouse the learning enthusiasm of their students and optimize classroom atmosphere so as to bring out the best teaching effects.

配合比设计是确保混凝土耐久性最关键的环节之一，提出混凝土最大水胶比、最小胶凝材料用量限值，就是有效而可行的措施。掺加矿物掺和料已被证明是改善混凝土施工性能、提高混凝土耐久性能的重要技术措施。所以，高性能混凝土必须掺加矿物掺和料和化学外加剂。在以往按强度设计混凝土配合比的设计方法中，首先按强度等级计算水灰比，如今按耐久性要求设计混凝土配合比时，首先是根据环境类别和作用等级，确定混凝土的水胶比和各种胶凝材料用量。在条件许可的情况下，尽量选用较低的水胶比，减少单方用水量和胶凝材料用量，有利于提高混凝土的密实性，降低混凝土的渗透性并减少收缩量，对提高混凝土的耐久性非常有利。另外，降低水胶比是发挥矿物掺和料对混凝土强度贡献的重要条件。但过少的胶凝材料用量对混凝土的强度、耐久性和工作性能不利，因此胶凝材料用量应有最小限值。
