My favorite festival is Spring Festival. In China,celebrating the Spring Festival is a big event. Before it comes, people begin prepareing delicious food,and clean and decorate their homes.It is very clean and nice before the new year comes.People also go shopping to buy many things and some new clothes for children.

People usually also have a good wash on lunar December 30th, which means you can be a cleaner and a more beautiful one in the coming year.

On the eve of festival,they make dumplings together.The whole family gets together for a big dinner.They enjoy dumlings for good luck. After dinner, people watch TV and stay up until after midnight, but some little children go to bed early.

On the first day of new year,chirdren put on their mew clothes and greet their parents.In return, their parents give lucky moner to them.Chirdren are very happy.
