The birthday party with lots of delicious food, cakes, snacks, I eat a lot of. When I got home, I felt my stomach pain, to the second day my stomach still hurts. Then in the afternoon I went to see a doctor, the doctor said it was because of overeating is caused, call me later diet. And gave me some medicine, told me to stay in bed. I follow the doctor said do, on Sunday morning I felt a lot better. I will never binge.
生日宴会上有许多美味可口的食物，有蛋糕，点心等，我吃了很多。当我回到家时，我觉得我的肚子有点痛，到了第二天我的肚子依然很痛。于是在下午时我去看了医生，医生说这是由于暴饮暴食造成的，叫我以后注意饮食。并且给我开了一些药，叫我卧床休息。我按照医生说的做，星期日早上我感到好多了。我以后再也不暴饮暴食了。
