I have a very healthy lifestyle.I get up at 6 o'clock in the morning,)then I do some exercise.I exercise every day because that is good for my health.I have a regulated eating habit,because I like eating vegetables and fruits.I eat vegetables in my meals every day and eat fruits three or four times a week.Vegetables and fruits are good for my health therefore I try to eat them as much as possible.I sleep 8 hours everyday so i have enough energy to study and play.I believe my healthy lifestyle can help me to study better
