Time in a Bottle（时光宝瓶）是美国民谣摇滚歌手Jim Croce第三张录音室专辑《You Don't Mess Around with Jim》（1972年4月）中的一首歌，当时没有作为单曲发行，直至Jim Croce因飞机失事去世后，ABC唱片公司发行了单曲版。

这首歌成为Jim Croce第二首也是最后一首Billboard Hot 100冠军单曲，[1] 成为继Otis Redding《(Sittin’On)The Dock Of The Bay》、Janis Joplin《Me and Bobby McGee》之后第三位在艺人去世后的冠军单曲，同时歌曲所属专辑《You Don't Mess Around with Jim》大卖，1974年年初在Billboard 200获得冠军五周的佳绩，成为Jim Croce唯一的冠军专辑。
