If a man wants to earn lot's of money ,from his own business or job.He have to possess some ethical qulities.Personally,I think a successful man have the following ethical qulities.In the company if that man is the boss,he is fair and kind,creat a comfort and a relaxing mood for his stuff to work,and if that man a employee,he will be an honest ,smart,and a hard worker.
If that man have a own business ,like a book store or a butcher shop,I think the need to have some ethical qulities such as kind,honest,and always cares about what the customers wants,and treat every customer the same,no matter they are poor or rich.
