A Chinese Kungfu performance is going to be staged in our school stadium at 8:00 p.m. next Friday evening. Learning that you are a keen fan of Chinese Kungfu, I’m writing this letter to invite you to watch the performance.
As you know, Chinese Kungfu, a traditional sport which has a long history, is regarded as our national treasure. It serves as a means of self-defense, which also enhances people’s physical fitness. In the course of its development, Chinese Kungfu has attracted numerous fans both at home and abroad.
Several Kungfu masters have been invited to come and perform that day. Thus, the performance to be held that night are the ones you cannot afford to miss. I’m sure it will be an unforgettable experience for you.
