Dear Louis,
To see if you still remember, that last week, you come to the hospital where I stayed because of my illness. You are so kind that you visited me, bringing me some blooming flowers and fresh fruit, which you told me that they were from your own garden in your lovely house. Moreover, you talked to me about some interesting stories from the school which helped me refresh what happened at school. All of these made me so warm and happy, which helped me go through the tough days in the hospital. I fully recover now and feel truly thankful for your knidness. Hope to see you at school very soon.
