Studies show that people feel good when they spend their time helping others. 

We can find happiness in helping others.

Last Saturday afternoon, I went to the Old People's Home to help the old as much as 

possible. There are many old people who are not able to return home. The old often feel 

lonely and helpless. So I helped them. do the cleaning, read newspapers for them and 

chatted with them. With my company, they found life is illed with happiness. People there 

spoke highly of me. I felt satisfied that I can be helpful when others were in need. I hope that 

more students can join me. The more we contribute, the better our society will become.
