How to stay in good spirits.
With the rapid development of economy, people get more and more pressure.So,we should learn more about how to stay in good spirits.
First,we should always think about the positive thing.Second,we should take exercise everyday to keep a good state of mind.Third, we should have a good sleep every night.And we should learn to relax.We can read some interesting books after class or work.And we can watch some comedy movies or go shopping at weekends with our friends.
That`s are all my opinions about how to stay in good spirits.
