我觉得吧。句子意思大概是“这不会马上弄清楚...金融危机会马上结束”
A.since有因此，从...起的意思
B.what是 什么 的意思
C.when 是 什么时候 的意思
D.whether是 是否 （表选择） 的意思
我觉得先可以把AB排除掉
再看"will soon be over"
就可以把C排除了

2.B
如果用A的话
suggest 后还要加上一个to吧
或者改成 suggest being...

3.so...that 结构问题
应该是so+名次短语/名词+冠词+...
所以应该是The Great Wall is so well-known a tourist attraction that millions of people pour in every year.
或者可以这样说： The Great Wall is such a well-known tourist attraction that millions of people pour in every year.
