ansys workbench 13,CFD-Post打开后出现错误！！！跪求大神帮忙！！！

打开后系统提示的错误时：

哪位大神帮帮忙呀！！！搞了两天了，还是摸不着头脑的，软件也重新装过了，不起作用的！！！

workbench的其他程序能正常打开吗？ansys的东西确实比较容易出错，也有可能是第一次没装好，也没卸载干净，所以后来再装仍然会有问题，我当时是重装了系统，然后第一个装ansys。你看还能不能再提供一点信息以供分析。

已经搞定了，360安全卫士卸载之后，问题迎刃而解！！！
