how to succeed in the job interview?

I want to find a new job, but many large companies think that i am lack of work experience, what should i do if i want to succeed in the job interview?

As a HR manager,I would like to give you my opinions as below:1. To set a realitic goal . As a freshman,your purpose of first job is not to earn money,just only for accumulateing work experience.2. Make a good preparation for your interview.I strongly suggest that you must investigate about both your target company and target job by internet or your social network.3. Be confident. Not every job and every company need experience.Good first impression is very important to help you get a good performance.

For my perspective,the work experience is the most important.Because if you have done some work in the society you will be confident enough to say to the Hr that you had done that and you had the experience. The work experience here is not some little part time job in a bookstore or a librarian ,not a cleaner in a big company ,not a person who just worked in a conpany for a about one or two days,but a experience in as big a company as possible ,as important and high position in a company as possible and as long as possible. Also the experience is as more related to the company as possible. Of course, the preperation for the interview is also very important. Another is the resist compression of the interview. And the other is the adaptability of the changes.
