The ledge just outside of Armstrong's office window is a popular place for a mother duck to lay her eggs. But it's 15 feet off the ground - and after they hatch, the baby ducks could die when they try to jump to the ground.
Amstrong loves the animals and likes after them. After the mother duck laid her eggs in June, he watched the eggs every day from his office, waiting for them to hatch.
"Once the last one hatches, I must watch them 24 hours before they leave the ledge," he said.
"When the mother duck starts looking down, I run out of the office and wait for the baby ducks to jump. The mother duck jumps first, and baby ducks follow."
Armstrong helped five baby ducks to stand on the ground. Then, he helped them cross three busy roads to a nearby river.
This was his third time to help the ducks. Let's hope he never leaves that office.
